I’m here to share with you my eats from yesterday. I know my posting hasn’t been very consistent as of late, but snapping pictures of my eats is manageable. My brain is filled with medical nutrition therapy + future career plans, so thinking much beyond that has been a challenge.

Yesterday I woke up with a raging headache. I have not been getting all the sleep I should and I blame it on myself. Sleep hygiene has not been a thing for me. I did so good the one week I made it a goal, but since then I’ve made excuses for staying up later than I should and then being surprised when I don’t automatically fall asleep as soon as I hit the bed?
I know what you’re thinking- isn’t that the same breakfast and lunch as last week? I found the baked oatmeal + sandwich combo from last week satisfied me and kept me full for a long enough time, so I repeated it this week.
After work, I went for a run with a friend. The weather was incredible! It must have been 75 degrees- and sunny. I know I should probably want to experience some winter, but honestly I’m perfectly okay skipping that season.
I called Terry on my way home and he offered to get dinner started. I had been craving nachos all day, so I asked Terry to brown the turkey and shred the cheese. He went all the way though and did the whole thing! And unlike me, he was not stingy with cheese or meat. He even threw in some salt & pepper kettle chips :O.
